A beautifully fresh example of Galicia’s most important grape. Most of the growers in Rias Baixas are too small to make their own wines and the grapes go into the big co-ops. This wine, on the other hand, comes from a single tiny estate. They do share the winery with other small growers though.
Fresh minerality gives way to clean citrus fruit. Perfect with crab or other seafood. Wine writer Joanna Simon likes it with summer salads and, maybe, a bit of heat – but not too much!
