Château Paquette Côtes de Provence Rosé

This is the rosé that Elizabeth Gabay MW raves about – and given she’s recognised as the world’s foremost expert on the pink stuff, we think she’s worth listening to!

It’s a classy blend, elegant and full of summer fruit flavour but still dry as a bone. The Paquette family’s vineyard is pretty special too. it’s in heart of the Provençal pine forest, on the volcanic rock of the Estérel but cooled by by sea spray – perfect growing conditions.
