Florian and partner Camille have recently built a slick, modern winery and the wines have clearly benefited from the investment. The first vines at the domaine were acquired by Auguste Regnard just after the first world war and Florian is the fourth generation involved, now tending those precious, original parcels.
Their seventeen hectares of vines stretch across the southern Côtes de Beaune and include Santenay, Maranges and Chassagne Montrachet.
Their Santenay benefits from 12 months in oak, of which 30% is new, and is full of red fruit and a hint of spice.
