Very easy to read, it is not full of regions and varieties rather it tells you how to buy and drink and get more out of a bottle of wine.  We agree with (almost) everything Simon says.

This is the revised second edition.The first edition won the prestigious Prix de Champagne Lanson Award for the best wine book of the year.  Not bad for a self-published little tome.
