Jean Pascal et Fils Puligny-Montrachet

Fourth generation winemaker Yann Pascal (along with father Jean Luc, mother Cecile and wife Alexandra) tends to the 15 hectares of prime sites across Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay and Auxey-Duresses with extraordinary care.

He describes his Puligny-Montrachet as ‘suave and elegant’, full of aromas of citrus, fern and a tiny touch of menthol.
