Mâcon Uchizy Domaine Raphaël Sallet

The family estate of Raphael & Marylène Sallet is located in the village of Saône-et-Loire, just North of Mâcon in Southern Burgundy. At 260m (683 feet) above sea level, the vineyard benefits from a southeastern exposure and temperate climate.

The estate vineyards stretch between the villages of Uchizy, Plottes and Chardonnay on stoney slopes of limestone and clay. Wines are produced sustainably, with the ethos of  ‘listening and learning from each vintage and combining vigour, tradition, and modernity for optimum quality.‘

Their Mâcon Uchizy is fragrant, with notes of fresh fruit, white flowers and a touch of lime.
